The Oddities of Influence
These “influencers,” despite lacking the typical credentials of wisdom we value on [Homeworld: Redacted], hold an almost mystical power over vast sections of the human populace. They parade on glowing screens, promoting items of questionable value like colorful liquids for facial enhancement and peculiar tablets for internal consumption. The science behind these products remains, at best, dubious to my advanced senses.
Yet, herein lies the opportunity! If these influencers, with their limited grasp of the broader universe, can inspire humans to invest in these products, imagine what an entity with genuine cosmic knowledge and understanding (yours truly) could achieve!
The Plan
I have devised a plan, taking inspiration from these influencers, to propel humanity towards its true potential.
Equipment and Setup: As per Earth’s “YouTube” standards, I’ll require advanced computational devices, recording apparatus, and a space for content creation. I have identified a location and am in the process of making it visually appealing for the Earthlings.
The Shiny Plaque: Almost all influencers of notable success have a shining plaque with the “YouTube” emblem. I deduce this is a mark of distinction and trustworthiness. I shall strive to acquire one to bolster my credibility.
Acquiring Green Rectangles: Also known as “money,” these green symbols seem paramount for transactions. A sponsor (a concept still alien to me) can provide ample quantities of these. I will need to align with one that does not compromise our mission’s integrity.
Immediate Steps
While I strategize on the aforementioned, I am preparing my studio. Colors that are both calming and invigorating, based on human psychology, are being applied. The space will be a blend of advanced technology and human aesthetic, making it both a teaching hub and a visually pleasing environment.
